The Supervisor, Home Delivery Pharmacy Ops, oversees an inventory team.

Work Schedule: This position is full-time. Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3pm CST (varies depending on business needs)

Location: 5627 University Heights Blvd, Suite 108, San Antonio, 78249

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily pharmacy inventory operations, including receiving, put-away activities, order management, shipping, and inventory control
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle count management, discrepancy investigations, inventory adjustments, and routine audits
• Monitor and maintain warehouse management system (WMS) integrity by reviewing transactions, resolving inventory issues, and ensuring end-of-day processing is completed accurately
• Analyze inventory performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and inventory accuracy
• Oversee inventory replenishment, supply management, reverse distribution activities, vendor returns, and product quarantine processes.
• Manage inventory slotting, storage locations, shelf labeling, bin management, and capacity utilization to optimize workflow and space management
• Review and oversee expiration management programs, including short-dated product monitoring and product disposition activities
• Partner with procurement, supply chain, engineering, operations, and quality teams to resolve inventory-related issues and support business objectives
• Lead regular operational meetings, inventory reviews, and cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment on inventory performance and priorities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards, and inventory control procedures.
• Direct annual physical inventories, inventory audits, discrepancy reporting, and corrective action initiatives
• Supervise, coach, and develop inventory team members through performance management, training, onboarding, and ongoing professional development
• Monitor team productivity, approve payroll and time-off requests, and conduct routine employee performance evaluations
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement standardized operating procedures, work instructions, and job aids to enhance operational effectiveness
• Support recall activities, variance investigations, and other inventory-related projects as needed to maintain operational compliance and business continuity
• Serve as the site owner or subject matter expert for inventory-related programs, equipment controls, documentation, and reporting processes

Required Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Texas
• 2+ years of operations experience (fulfillment, pharmacy, inventory control, etc.)
• Intermediate level of proficiency with computer and organizational skills with the ability to focus on workload and achievement of both production and quality objectives
• Ability to work onsite at 5627 University Heights Blvd. Suite 108 San Antonio, TX 78249, Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts between the hours of 6:30am - 3pm CST
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
