We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics & Reporting team. This role will be responsible for developing enterprise reporting solutions, delivering actionable business insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across operational and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong business intelligence expertise with modern cloud data platform experience, including Snowflake, dbt, Databricks, and advanced analytics tools. We are looking for a self-starter who can work closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and technology teams to transform complex data into meaningful insights and scalable reporting solutions.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance operational reports, dashboards, scorecards, and self-service analytics solutions
  • Design and deliver interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and other BI platforms to support executive and operational decision-making
  • Extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple enterprise systems while ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, data models, and reporting solutions within Snowflake and other cloud data environments
  • Build and support ETL/ELT processes using dbt, Alteryx, Databricks, or similar modern data integration tools
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
  • Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights through advanced data analysis
  • Collaborate with data engineering and technology teams to improve data pipelines, automation, and reporting performance
  • Support data governance, data quality, documentation, and reporting standards initiatives
  • Evaluate and leverage emerging technologies, including AI-driven analytics solutions, to enhance business reporting and insights
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices across reporting, analytics, and data management disciplines

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, and performance measurement
  • 5+ years of experience developing analytics and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, BusinessObjects, MicroStrategy, or similar BI platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake including query development, data analysis, and performance optimization
  • Experience developing and supporting ETL/ELT workflows using dbt, Informatica, Alteryx, Databricks, or similar tools
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based analytics architectures
  • Proven solid expertise in SQL, data modeling, data transformation, and analytics solution development
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into impactful reporting, analytics, and automation solutions

Preferred Qualification:

  • Proven excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
