We're looking for an experienced and confident Mobile Medical Assistant who thrives in independent, fast‑paced, and ever‑changing environments. This unique role allows you to bring care directly to patients across Reno-whether in mobile clinic settings, partnered provider offices, or within patients' homes.


The Medical Assistant performs a variety of back office activities to assist providers in conducting quality clinics, including administering injections, diagnostic testing, phlebotomy, quality surveys and various other procedures. Delivers exceptional customer service and maintains established quality control standards.  

  • Sign On Bonus - $4000 after 30 days employment

    What You'll Do

  • Work independently as the primary MA in a variety of clinical environments
  • Spend two weeks each month supporting our fully equipped mobile clinic, providing hands-on patient care
  • Complete embedded visits in partnered offices as well as in‑home patient visits
  • Travel throughout Northern Nevada to deliver compassionate, high-quality support wherever it's needed
  • Adapt quickly to different workflows, settings, and patient needs
  • Represent our team with professionalism, flexibility, and a passion for community care

    Who You Are

  • An MA with solid hands‑on clinical experience
  • Comfortable working solo and confident making decisions in the field
  • Flexible, patient-centered, and energized by variety in your daily work
  • Someone who enjoys travel, meeting people, and providing care in unique settings

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administering injections
  • Diagnostic testing
  • Phlebotomy
  • Quality surveys and various other procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or GED
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program, or relevant experience 
  • Current CPR and / or BLS certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
  • Access to reliable transportation

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
