A highly experienced Full Stack Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Cloud Platforms (GCP/Azure), responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
• Build and optimize event-driven and real-time data processing solutions using Apache Kafka, ensuring scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance
• Lead architecture discussions and contribute to technical design, solutioning, and technology roadmaps
• Develop secure, reusable, and high-quality code following industry best practices, coding standards, and design patterns
• Implement and manage cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Microsoft Azure, leveraging services for compute, storage, networking, and monitoring
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Drive application modernization initiatives, including migration from monolithic systems to microservices and cloud platforms
• Ensure application reliability through performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support activities
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and DevOps best practices to accelerate software delivery
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering excellence across development teams
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards while delivering resilient and scalable solutions
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to planning, estimation, and successful project execution
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software design, development, and support of enterprise applications
• Solid expertise in Java/J2EE, including Core Java, Multithreading, Collections, JVM tuning, and design patterns
• Extensive experience developing microservices-based applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and RESTful APIs
• Proven experience implementing event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka, including producers, consumers, Kafka Streams, topic management, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Microsoft Azure, including deployment, monitoring, and cloud-native services
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies and working within cross-functional teams
• Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or BigQuery
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability, resilience, security, and performance optimization
• Proven excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Solid expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and Kafka
  • Hands-on experience with GCP and/or Azure cloud services
  • Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and event-driven design
  • Proven excellent problem-solving, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Leadership Expectations:
  • Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and design decisions
  • Experience mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and driving engineering best practices
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions
  • Solid collaboration and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant cloud certifications such as Google Professional Cloud Architect, Google Professional Cloud Developer, Microsoft Azure Developer Associate, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager, ARM Templates, or Bicep)
• Experience in cloud migration, modernization, and application transformation initiatives
• Experience with API gateways, service mesh technologies, and event streaming platforms
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, or Cloud Monitoring

• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products, data engineering pipelines, or large-scale analytics platforms
