The Regional Senior FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in partnering with clinic operations leadership to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, generate business model analysis, and deliver monthly robust reporting and analytics. Responsibilities include financial reporting with robust analytics, data consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, presenting financial results, and process improvements.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • 15% Analyze region financial status, design and develop timely financial plan and procedures based on analysis of data and discusses financial options with relevant company personnel. 
  • 15% Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance. 
  • 15% Identify trends and recommend improvements accordingly. 
  • 10% Evaluate complex profit plans, operating records, and financial statements. 
  • 5% Make recommendations to Kelsey-Seybold leadership regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies. 
  • 5% Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, acquisition activity, new business planning, trended future requirements, government requirements, and operating forecasts. 
  • 5% Consolidate analytics for Leadership & submissions including month end close analytics and business decks. 
  • 5% Present monthly operating results to clinic leadership and collaborate on opportunities. 
  • 5% Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting to the Director FP&A and VP FP&A 
  • 5% Business Partnering relationship with clinic and provider leadership to directly prepare studies, reports and analysis to complete KPI driven budgets and forecasts. 
  • 5% Interprets and applies corporate financial policies, government legislation, and accounting theory. 
  • 5% Create quarterly and annual forecasts 
  • 5% Asist teams with operational initiatives and operation best practices

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis roles within a growing organization
  • Advanced experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis
  • Financial reporting expert who is a critical thinker with problem solving experience
  • Highly skilled collaborator, influencer, and communicator with multiple business partners and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to exhibit solid personal accountability & attention to detail, solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital
  • Proven ability to drive financial analysis to support business optimization and forecasting accuracy
  • Proven effective communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships to gather information and influence decision making


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Healthcare Services or Health Plan industries
  • Experience in helping teams meet financial targets and deliver results
  • Solid knowledge of financial statements and performance metrics
  • Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Highly skilled utilizing Excel, Powerpoint, and other reporting and analytic tools
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach
  • Proven problem-solving ability; comfortable analyzing large data sets and presenting recommendations
  • Proven independent thinker with ability to develop and implement efficient process across all areas of the business and successfully interact with all levels of staff and management


Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
