Help to significantly improve and revolutionize KSC clinical, patient service and business operations by joining and contributing to a multifunctional team, which will successfully implement and deploy World-Class custom-built digital systems at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic! Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Management: This position is accountable for timely and successful completion of all Custom development Projects at KSC. These projects include design, procurement, development, implementation, training, and support of KSC Application Development along with supporting tools, interfaces, and equipment
  • System Development and Implementation: Manage all Custom Application Development design, procurement, development, and implementation activity. As a working manager, individually design, build, validate and deploy custom built applications and websites in a manner, which effectively meets KSC Clinical and Application Development criteria, on an optimized system performance and information availability basis
  • Staff Management: Manage assigned staff in a manner, which emphasizes success oriented, positive minded, collaborative teamwork, individual accountability, and frequent, informative, relevant and open communication among team members. Coach, mentor, advise, and supervise team members as required to meet project and service goals. Minimize service risk be establishing at least 2 staff to cover each critical business function and skill set
  • Project Documentation: Oversee maintenance of project records for assigned team members
  • System Support: Oversee support and maintenance all "live" applications so that all systems perform on a high availability, high data integrity basis.  Ensure that all systems are being monitored for uptime and have the appropriate end user response time

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Staff and Project Management: Manage assigned Systems Development Staff and Projects in a manner, which emphasizes success oriented, positive minded, collaborative teamwork, individual accountability, and frequent, informative, relevant and open communication among team members. Coach, mentor, advise, and supervise team members as required to meet project and service goals
  • Application Development: Design, Develop and test application code within .net MVC framework to support the various external digital assets and internally built custom applications for Kelsey-Seybold.  Participates in application planning, change control processes, upgrade, testing, and maintenance
  • Manages daily operations of assigned application systems and maintains solutions within multiple environments. Monitors and maintains uptime and performance data for system web application servers, interfaces, and automated processes
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • B.S. Computer Science  or equivalent job experience
  • 10+ years hands on or direct supervisory experience covering most of following technology and systems development areas: Visual Studio, .NET, , MS SharePoint, C#. MVC Development, Agile and Waterfall development life cycle, website development - full stack (.net C#, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery,etc)
  • Demonstrable success and expertise in current project management, change management, change control and documentation practices
  • Proven track record of success around business requirements collection, technology architecture, designing, developing, validating and supporting customized systems which meet defined business requirements

Preferred Qualification:

  • Masters Degree

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
