Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex software applications, APIs, microservices, and platform capabilities
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions
• Lead the development and delivery of medium-to-large software features across multiple systems and platforms
• Perform design reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments to ensure compliance with engineering standards and best practices
• Develop scalable web applications, enterprise platforms, and cloud-native solutions
• Drive adoption of engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, security, and infrastructure automation
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and delivery plans
• Analyze application performance, reliability, scalability, and availability requirements and implement proactive improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
• Build and support reusable frameworks, automation utilities, shared services, and engineering accelerators
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle
• Contribute to architecture reviews, modernization initiatives, technical roadmaps, and platform evolution strategies
• Support application deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments
• Leverage cloud-native architectures and modern software engineering practices to improve delivery efficiency and software quality
• Utilize AI-assisted engineering tools and automation capabilities to enhance productivity, testing, documentation, and development processes
• Demonstrate accountability for technical excellence, quality deliverables, operational stability, and engineering leadership
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused technology solutions
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
  

Required Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech./MCA/Graduation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of software engineering experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications
• Experience developing scalable web applications, APIs, microservices, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise platforms
• Hands-on experience with source control systems, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and code quality tools
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and modern software development methodologies
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar technologies
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms
• Solid debugging, system analysis, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage technical workstreams while collaborating effectively across multiple teams
• Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Solid knowledge of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, RESTful services, containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and platform engineering concepts
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and database performance optimization
• Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical enterprise applications
• Exposure to healthcare, claims processing, compliance, security, or other regulated industry environments
• Experience using AI-assisted software engineering tools for development, testing, documentation, and deployment automation
• Experience driving modernization and application transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, and Application Insights
• Demonstrated mentoring, technical leadership, or team leadership experience
