Senior Quality Analyst - Selenium, Automation Testing, CI/CD

Primary Responsibilitiy:

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification- B. Tech/MCA/M. Tech
• 4+ years of overall experience with strong technical background and at least 3+ years of experience working in Test Automation development
• Hands-on in-depth experience of Selenium
• Experience working with the CI/CD and DevOps
• In-depth knowledge implementing test automation at a framework design level using either Selenium
• Solid working knowledge of TDD and BDD frameworks
• Knowledge on Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, Docker
• Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in Agile development environments
• Proficient working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
• Proven solid analytical and organizational skills
• Proven solid leadership and coordination skills
• Proven excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) at both an individual and team level

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience of Developing, implementing and maintaining   Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Summary documentation
• Good amount of experience in Automation Framework Designing Executing and maintaining automated test scripts using automation tool Selenium, exposure to Jenkins and Other automation environments
• Expert with automation tool like Selenium /Playwright
• In depth knowledge of testing Web and Desktop based applications, 
  Familiarity with SDLC quality standards and test methodologies
• Good understanding with Test/Data/process Driven framework
• Good in understanding business requirements and convert them into Test Script
• Comfortable with REST API's and Jenkins pipeline
• Proven ability to design, develop and implement Test Automation for our test infrastructure and providing automation expertise to our agile teams
• Proven ability to understand and scope requirements and prepare test scenarios test conditions and test cases
• Proven ability to understand and design Automation Framework
• Proven ability to develop overall test strategy test estimates and plan the testing effort and strategy required for each application project based on the development approach and timeline
• Proven ability to work with Project Managers to track and report testing milestones Notify Management of project related risks associated with automated testing impacts and delays
• Proven ability to provide project status reports with supporting regression testing metrics on a regular basis
• Proven ability to assist with creating and maintaining manual and automation support documents surrounding standards policies procedures and metrics
• Proven ability to work with less structured, more complex issues
