Primary Responsibilities:

• Apply engineering principles to the systematic design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of software for large-scale blue-chip projects spanning eligibility, benefit, provider, and claim domains
• Cover all primary development activities across technology functions to ensure the delivery of high-quality code for applications, products, and services
• Understand customer needs and develop product roadmaps that align with those needs
• Engage in analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, and documentation to support software development and maintenance
• Research and develop new tools, techniques, and strategies to enhance software quality and performance, leveraging cutting-edge technologies in cloud and AI to solve complex business problems
• Automate common tasks and build common utilities to drive organizational efficiency
• Maintain high standards for quality in every output, ensuring reliability and robustness in software deliverables
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to drive innovation within the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to foster a passion for technology and solutions, and influence thought leadership on future capabilities and opportunities to apply technology in new and innovative ways 
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and delivery of software solutions
