The Manager Data Analytics is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and delivering high-value automation, inventory reduction, and claims processing optimization opportunities that support enterprise Cost & Productivity (C&P) objectives and long-term operational transformation goals.

This role serves as the key liaison between Analytics, Operations, Business Analysts, and Technology teams, ensuring opportunities progress efficiently from ideation through implementation and benefit realization. The position is accountable for managing a portfolio of automation and productivity initiatives, monitoring performance against business commitments, mitigating risks, and ensuring forecasted benefits translate into measurable operational outcomes.

A core focus of the role is evaluating manual inventory, claims workflows, and operational pain points to identify scalable automation solutions that improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance claims processing efficiency. The individual will build business cases, develop strategic roadmaps, validate realized benefits, and drive execution of future-year opportunity pipelines.

The role also provides leadership in governance, testing, operational readiness, and quality assurance to ensure solutions are effectively implemented and deliver sustainable business value. Working across Payment Integrity, Operations, Technology, and Analytics teams, the Manager Data Analytics drives execution against strategic priorities while fostering continuous improvement through advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of automation, AI, advanced analytics, and operational improvement opportunities, developing multi-year roadmaps aligned with enterprise cost, productivity, and business transformation objectives
  • Manage and govern a portfolio of Cost & Productivity initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration with Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Developers, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure successful delivery, implementation, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, testing standards, quality controls, and operational readiness processes to ensure scalable, sustainable, and compliant solution deployment
  • Monitor initiative performance, implementation progress, resource capacity, dependencies, and benefit realization, while providing leadership with actionable insights, reporting, and recommendations on risks and mitigation strategies
  • Drive data-driven operational excellence by analyzing inventory trends, workload patterns, and process performance, while influencing technology strategy decisions related to reporting, analytics platforms, automation solutions, and operational infrastructure
  • Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, operational excellence, automation, process optimization, or related domains
  • Solid expertise in healthcare claims operations, workflow optimization, inventory management, and performance measurement, with proficiency in reporting, dashboards, and operational analytics
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, including business case development, benefit realization, and operational outcome measurement
  • Demonstrated exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Payment Integrity, Data Mining Analytics, Claims Operations, or other healthcare operations functions, with a solid understanding of operational excellence and continuous improvement principles
  • Knowledge of automation, AI/ML, workflow optimization, digital transformation, and advanced analytics technologies, including experience leading automation implementation and performance improvement initiatives
  • Proven ability to collaborate across business, operations, analytics, and technology teams while driving strategic planning, portfolio management, enterprise productivity, and transformation programs
