Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, analytical datasets, and reporting assets that support customer experience, market research, and business performance measurement
• Develop statistical, machine learning, forecasting, segmentation, and advanced analytics solutions to answer complex business questions
• Integrate survey, behavioral, operational, digital, and third-party data to create a more complete view of customers, markets, and business outcomes
• Use automation, AI, and modern analytics tools to improve research operations, analytical efficiency, and insight generation
• Partner with research, business, technology, and data governance stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and well-governed analytics solutions

• Communicate findings, recommendations, and business implications clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership stakeholders

• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Market Research, or a related quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics engineering, data engineering, business intelligence, or advanced analytics
• Solid programming experience in Python and SAS
• Experience building analytics pipelines, data workflows, dashboards, statistical models, or machine learning solutions
• Experience with cloud or enterprise data platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud, or similar tools
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
• Proven solid ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate insights to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in a quantitative, analytics, or technical field
• Experience with market sizing, competitive intelligence, market research, survey analytics, or healthcare analytics
• Experience with modern AI/ML tools, GenAI applications, RAG, AI agents, or responsible AI practices
• Experience with synthetic data, simulation modeling, digital twin methods, or enterprise-scale analytics products
