Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform daily audits of translated content in accordance with defined quality standards and linguistic guidelines to support business processes
• Ensure consistent delivery of translation quality metrics through robust quality review and validation mechanisms
• Manage and complete assigned translation and localization projects within established timelines
• Maintain a logical, structured, and detail-oriented approach to translation and review work
• Coordinate effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), quality teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accuracy and contextual correctness
• Demonstrate a proactive mindset by taking initiatives to improve translation quality, terminology consistency, and turnaround time
• Possess solid knowledge of healthcare/claims-related terminology, physician reviews, and system-based reference materials used for translation
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish as a primary requirement
• Share best practices, glossaries, and style guidelines to support team goals and continuous improvement
• Maintain flexibility to adapt to evolving business and localization requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting, documentation, and project tracking
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate translation activities with supervisors, managers, and cross-functional teams
• Proven effective presentation skills for explaining translation decisions, terminology usage, and quality findings
• Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
• Proven solid professional email writing skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills to identify translation issues, terminology gaps, and quality improvement opportunities
