Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery and solution design for high-value opportunities across actuarial, healthcare economics, finance, analytics, and operational workflows
  • Translate ambiguous business needs into clear product requirements, solution architectures, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes
  • Design and personally contribute to generative AI and agentic solutions, including orchestration, retrieval, tool use, context design, prompts, and human-in-the-loop workflows
  • Partner with business experts, engineers, architects, data scientists, and platform teams to move solutions from concept through implementation
  • Evaluate technology choices and make practical tradeoffs across value, speed, reliability, cost, usability, security, and scalability
  • Develop prototypes and production-capable solution components using enterprise-approved code, low-code, and AI development platforms
  • Establish reusable solution patterns, evaluation approaches, playbooks, and reference architectures that accelerate future engagements
  • Guide partner resources and project teams while remaining a hands-on contributor to solution delivery
  • Support responsible AI practices, including appropriate evaluation, documentation, controls, and monitoring
  • Coach transformation leaders and solution builders in applied AI product development and solution design

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in technology, analytics, product development, solution architecture, data science, automation, consulting, or a related field
  • Experience designing or delivering AI, generative AI, automation, analytics, or software-enabled solutions
  • Experience translating complex business needs into product requirements, technical designs, or implemented solutions
  • Experience leading cross-functional solution delivery involving business and technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience developing solution artifacts using code, low-code platforms, AI tools, analytics tools, or comparable development technologies
  • Experience communicating technical concepts, design decisions, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Product Development, Product Management Lifecycle, and/or AI Development Lifecycle.
  • Experience with generative AI, large language models, agentic AI, orchestration, copilots, or intelligent automation
  • Experience with prompt engineering, context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, tool integration, or AI evaluation
  • Experience with product management, product development, human-centered design, or workflow redesign
  • Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, or comparable AI development frameworks
  • Experience integrating solutions with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable technologies
  • Experience delivering solutions in healthcare, insurance, finance, or another regulated environment
  • Experience creating reusable technical patterns, accelerators, frameworks, or playbooks
  • Familiarity with machine learning methods and the ability to recognize when predictive modeling is the appropriate solution

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $164,600 - $282,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
