Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee technical alignment to business vision of building out new inhouse capabilities related to modernizing outbound communications
  • Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, infrastructure, vendor, and business teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks across integrated systems and vendor workflows
  • Align program goals with enterprise strategy and customer needs
  • Consistent value delivery based on business MBOs
  • Drive system demo to stakeholders and customers
  • Ensuring technology solutions are managed to support business strategies, often working with senior management
  • Directing the integration of technical aspects of all related projects/programs
  • Conducting analyses, needs assessments and cost/benefit assessments and helping to broker other technology services

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience leading large scale tech initiatives with proven ability to Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks across platforms
  • 7+ years of experience building trusted relationships across engineering, business, and vendor teams
  • 5+ years of experience in Forecast, track, and manage budgets
  • 5+ years of experience in transactional print fulfillment functional domain with deep understanding of composition and communications fulfillment capabilities
  • Experience with tracking and reporting on delivery KPIs, quality metrics, and performance indicators


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid leadership background


Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
