Primary Responsibilities:

  • In office Minnetonka, MN or surrounding offices
  • Lead teams to design, build, and maintain core Transactional Print Fulfillment platforms
  • Own key metrics: print/mail availability, document turnaround times, time to market, and production efficiency
  • Oversee the full communications lifecycle-from requirements gathering through design, print composition, QA, deployment, and post-production support
  • Deliver modular, secure solutions for high-volume print and digital delivery channels
  • Coordinate with global operations teams for seamless execution of large-scale print jobs
  • Align with Product and Enterprise Architecture to translate business needs into technical specifications for outbound communications
  • Drive modernization: advance cloud-based fulfillment workflows, leverage open-source tools, and reduce legacy system dependencies
  • Oversee document composition, printing, finishing, mailing logistics, and reconciliation for critical items like EOBs/statements/checks
  • Manage microservices powering document generation and omnichannel distribution (print/email/web portals).
  • Integrate platforms with external data sources/APIs; enable multi-channel customer communication delivery
  • Build dashboards tracking real-time job status across print runs and digital fulfillment queues
  • Lead quality assurance across the outbound communications process; drive continuous improvement in accuracy and timeliness
  • Partner with infrastructure teams, vendors (print/mail houses), and business units to resolve issues fast and optimize service levels

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience using Spring Framework (Boot, Core, MVC), Spring Boot
  • 7+ years of experience in supporting services built on Java
  • 5+ years of experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar
  • 5+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes or Openshift Origin
  • 3+ years of experience with one or more document composition tools. (Example:  Quadient Inspire, EngageOne,  Doc1)
  • 3+ years of experience with cloud-native architectures
  • Working knowledge of RESTFul APIs


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expert understanding of engineering fundamentals: unit testing, code reviews, telemetry, agile and DevOps
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills


Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
