The Strategy Execution Lead will provide high-level program support for the PI Transformation Execution team under the VP of PI Transformation and Execution. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, monitoring critical path tasks and deliverables, and ensuring seamless execution of business objectives. The Lead will be instrumental in coordinating cross-functional teams, establishing effective follow-up mechanisms reporting to the VP of PI and Payments of the Future.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Lead and oversee complex programs and initiatives across PI and Payments of the Future including AI Defense. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress on critical path tasks, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones
- Critical Task & Deliverable Monitoring: Track and report on essential program deliverables, proactively identify risks or bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions to maintain momentum and alignment with strategic goals
- Program is scheduled to deliver $25M in annualized savings from $10M in Capital projects across multiple system platforms and businesses
- Role will be responsible for ensuring projects delivered and value realized
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders, including technology, operations, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for program objectives
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reports for senior leadership. Communicate program updates, issues, and achievements to relevant parties
- Leads monthly business reviews with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on the strategy and plans and to provide updates on progress and critical metrics
- Collaborates with critical leaders, client teams, PI value stream leads, product owners, architects, and delivery leads to intake, prioritize, and oversee implementation
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve program management processes, tools, and standards. Champion best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in program management, operations, or chief of staff roles within financial services, payments, or technology sectors
- Healthcare Operations performance experience (i.e. payment integrity, claims, clinical operations, credentialing, contract / demographic data maintenance, provider search, etc.)
- Proven experience presenting information to senior executive leadership (including executive-level reporting)
- Proven experience owning programs with material financial outcomes and/or proven experience managing capital
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, monitor critical path tasks, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
- Proven exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven solid communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior executives and manage confidential information
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience or exposure to AI enabled, digital, or transformation programs

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $134,600 to $230,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
