Sr. Business Analyst role to support financial business analysis within the delivery enablement capability for Payment Integrity business area. Resource will be responsible for financial gathering, data mapping and transformation, onshore financial data analysis and report quality assurance for the monthly financial deliverables for Behavioral Health Payment Integrity.

Primary Responsibilities:  

  • Work collaboratively with PI BAR teams, PNI Operations, PNI developers to ensure a shared understanding of requirements for the financial reporting
  • Interact with internal customers to effectively design, implement, automate and document reporting that accurately captures financial requirements 
  • Perform data mapping from sources external to the systems as per required for monthly financial reporting 
  • Perform onshore financial analysis of Behavioral Health data to ensure data quality and integrity prior to ingestion 
  • Coordinate ingestion of financial data with onshore data engineers 
  • Validate financial datasets post ingestion 
  • Collaborate with onshore business intelligence developer to ensure financial dashboard is built as per customer requirement 
  • Perform quality assurance testing on financial dashboard prior to customer testing 
  • Communicate with various functional areas and translate technical concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences, both verbally and in writing

Required Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in gathering and refining requirements from stakeholders
  • Expertise in Excel, Pivot tables, Modeling
  • Experience with SQL scripting to perform data analysis
  • Proficiency in testing reports using Tableau or Power BI
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and profiling using Microsoft SQL, Excel and Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to create functional test cases and support user acceptance testing

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
