Positions in this job family convey information to and interact with internal and external non-governmental audiences through the use of various mediums (newsletters, policy statements, speech writing, editing, etc.). External audiences include the public, media, and investors.

Positions in this function design and coordinate company communications, including internal and/or external communications. Responsible for maintaining policies and procedures and monitoring company media, which may include company websites. May manage public relations activities, including public information and shareholder information services. Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.

• Positions in this function design and coordinate provider and member directed communications, as well as internal organization and client directed communications

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience using written and verbal communication skills
• 5+ years of project management skills
• 5+ years of experience in Assessing and interpreting customer needs and requirements
• 5+ years of experience solving moderately complex problems and/or moderately complex analyses
• 3+ years of experience providing coaching and feedback to less experienced co workers
• Proven ability to use collaborative skills

Preferred Qualification:

• Medicare Advantage experience
