You'll be responsible for overall employer contract loading using various databases and/or source documents. This role is responsible for collecting and processing client onboarding information in an efficient and professional manner. Responsible for reaching out to potential clients to follow up on outstanding information as well as clarifying and explaining information needed to onboard. Also responsible for explaining the onboarding process when questions arise and keeping all internal stakeholders informed as requested.

This position is full time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. 

This will be on the job training and the hours during training will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding of new providers and re-enrollment of previously inactive providers
  • Process provider banking and ownership changes
  • Investigate ACH returns and coordinate follow up with providers
  • Manage and onboard new agents in the Proceed Finance portal upon office request
  • Create and assign tasks to the sales team in the CRM for consultation calls and required training
  • Update internal Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) with status changes to track where provider is in onboarding process
  • Thoroughly review returned documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Follow up with the provider's office as needed to ensure all required information is received
  • Organize received information for provider vetting review
  • Review and approve or deny providers during the onboarding process
  • Monitor ongoing provider performance risk and escalate issues to the oversight team
  • Manage vendor oversight activities within the organization, including facilitating vendor risk reviews
  • Attend and participate in Provider Oversight Committee meetings
  • Ability to work with and influence leadership regarding provider and risk decisions
  • Effectively communicate with various levels of stakeholders internally and externally (executives, providers, bank partners, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a banking/financial services industry
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry

Soft Skills:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy - This includes carefully reviewing documentation, validating data accuracy across systems, identifying inconsistencies or gaps, and proactively correcting issues before they impact internal teams or partners
  • Cross Functional Collaboration and Problem Resolution - Collaborate closely with internal teams (Onboarding, PRS, Revenue) to support providers and resolve issues
  • Data Integrity, Compliance, and Platform Management - Ensure high standards of data accuracy and consistency across Zoho and platform systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, plan, set priorities, coordinate, and manage multiple priorities of varying degrees of complexity
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, keen attention to detail and resiliency skills
  • Must be a quick learner, self-starter, and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Understand how to communicate difficult and sensitive information tactfully
  • Adapts well to change

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.89 - $42.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
