As a Senior Business Analyst within Claims Verification, you will serve as a key analytical resource supporting Full-Service and Analytics-Only CV offerings. You will partner with operational leaders, implementation teams, technology partners, and client-facing stakeholders to improve service delivery, enhance reporting, identify automation opportunities, and support the continued growth of CV products and services. The ideal candidate combines solid technical capability in SQL, Power BI, data analytics, and process improvement with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, well-governed solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and automated reporting solutions that provide operational, quality, and financial insights
• Utilize SQL and data analytics tools to extract, validate, transform, and analyze large datasets to support business decision-making
• Perform root cause analysis, data quality assessments, reconciliations, and business rule validation to identify and resolve operational issues
• Analyze trends, monitor key performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations that improve operational performance and client outcomes
• Identify, develop, and support automation and AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and reduce manual effort
• Evaluate workflow performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, throughput, and service delivery
• Support client onboarding, implementations, testing, platform migrations, and operational readiness activities for new products and services
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions, reporting enhancements, and operational improvements that drive business growth
• Support governance, compliance, and audit readiness activities by ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity, adherence to business rules, and maintenance of operational controls
• Develop and maintain documentation for reporting solutions, data definitions, workflows, and analytical methodologies to support transparency, consistency, and knowledge retention
• Monitor key operational controls and quality metrics, proactively identifying risks, anomalies, and compliance concerns that may impact client deliverables or regulatory requirements
• Partner with business and technology teams to validate system changes, support testing activities, and ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and data governance standards
• Full-time position with standard working hours of Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Required Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in business analysis within the healthcare industry 
• Demonstrated intermediate proficiency in SQL, including Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL, and SQL*Plus, with proven ability to extract, analyze, update, and maintain data and internal tables 
• Demonstrated intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP functions, data validation, and report creation 
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint 
• Proven ability to research conflicting or inaccurate data and determine root causes 
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
• Demonstrated solid communication and organizational skills 
• Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Demonstrated experience with Risk Adjustment processes 
• Demonstrated proficiency in ETL tools 
• Demonstrated proficiency in Visio 
• Proven experience with client engagement activities 
• Demonstrated experience with project methodologies, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation
