We're looking for a collaborative and organized clinical leader to support our Community Centers and home based care teams. In this role, you'll help ensure patients receive high quality, compliant care while supporting and coordinating clinical support staff across multiple settings.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate clinical support staff across multiple Community Center locations
- Lead and organize clinical support teams providing in home visits
- Manage medical supplies, including vaccines and laboratory materials
- Conduct routine quality checks to help ensure safe, consistent patient care
- Maintain laboratory documentation in compliance with state CLIA waived requirements
- Create and review productivity reports to support operational needs
- Partner closely with other departments to support smooth daily operations

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or higher level of clinical training
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical leadership or supervisory role
- Experience with payroll and staff scheduling
- Ability to travel to multiple site within Las Vegas area
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Office Laboratory Assistant certification
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
