As the Administrative Triage - Generalist, you will provide nonclinical support to inbound callers to agencies by accessing LHC system and applicable patient documentation. Work in coordination with clinical triage teams, and other home office support teams. You will be the first call resolution of patient concern if applicable by protocols and best practices. As well as ensuring customer concerns are documented and addressed for communication with agencies. Primary job functions do require speaking on the phone with patients, vendors and LHC Staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer, triage and document inbound/outbound calls following protocols and best practices
- Escalates appropriate requests to leader when a resolution is not identified by user
- Work in conjunction with other Home Office support departments
- Complete accurate and through documentation
- Monitors communication systems throughout shift
- Prioritizes incoming tasks according to patient needs

Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in office procedures
- Proven solid computer skills, excellent telephone communication skills, and ability to type
- Proven ability to work weekends, weekends, holidays, or as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven solid problem-solving skills and analytic skills
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $14.00 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
