The Systems Analyst IV is a senior technical leader responsible for defining and governing the practices that ensure product area system stability, configuration integrity, and operational excellence. This role architects complex configuration solutions, leads major incident response, establishes enterprise level standards, and partners with leaders across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Operations. They drive modernization initiatives, implement advanced monitoring and observability, and raise OSIT's operational maturity. The Systems Analyst IV also mentors analysts at all levels and influences long range planning for the Systems Management & Configuration function.

Responsibilities

  • Lead major incident command, triage, and cross-team coordination
  • Implement and improve system monitoring, logging, and alert mechanisms
  • Identify systemic issues and propose durable technical or operational solutions
  • Design, build, and validate complex configuration changes end-to-end
  • Establish configuration standards, patterns, and review practices
  • Lead refinement discussions for system work and configuration tasks
  • Mentor Systems Analyst team members to build technical depth

Required Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma required
  • 6+ years of experience in systems analysis, configuration, or enterprise operations
  • 3 years of experience with SQL/data analysis skills and understanding of cross system dependencies
  • 1 years of experience leveraging AI or automation tools within the software delivery lifecycle to improve quality, efficiency, or insight
  • United States citizenship is required for this position
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a suitability or determination of eligibility for a Confidential/Secret or Top Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS) or other related field with an emphasis in MIS. In lieu of formal degree, equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience may be considered
  • Experience with Azure cloud services, CI/CD, observability stacks, or automation frameworks
  • Experience leading large transformation or modernization efforts
  • Demonstrated leadership in incident management and change risk governance
  • Excellent executive level communication and influence skills
  • 3 years preferred using Elasticsearch, Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure Devops or similar tool

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
