Primary Responsibilities:

• Functions as dedicated Technical Product Owner (TPO) on 2 right sized, preferably co-located agile development teams. Responsible for backlog prioritization and refinement according to direction from Strategic Product Management (SPM) and other TPM leads
• Be able to articulate detailed product overview, benefits, and associated personas
• Follows existing and defined requirements gathering and PI execution process while considering and suggesting improvement opportunities. Participates and presents PI plans for teams in PI planning events
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in product development or product management 
• 2+ years of product owner experience working on at least one agile scrum team 
• Proficient understanding of the basics of the role of technical product management, agile practices/methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle ((SDLC)
• Proficient level of experience in discovery, requirement definition and user story definition
• Proficient TPM assigned complex feature work on a single, primary product
• Proficient understanding of the role of technical product management, agile practices and the SDLC. Fluent with existing product tools for tracking and user story creation (Aha, Rally)
• Proficient level of experience in discovery, requirement definition and user story definition. With minimal guidance and oversight, can write quality stories, manage team and product dependencies and accept quality enhancements
• Proven excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related field
• Certified scrum product owner 
• Experience in product tools including Aha and Rally 
• Experience with healthcare IT and/or knowledge of hospital revenue cycle
