We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer  with strong expertise in React, NodeJS, cloud technologies, and modern application architecture. The ideal candidate has deep experience in building enterprise-grade, secure, and scalable web applications and enjoys working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using React, NodeJS, and Python
• Build scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure and modern cloud services
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices with a strong understanding of client-server communication and system topology
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver intuitive, high-performing user interfaces and experiences
• Promote engineering-first and security-first practices across application development and deployment
• Work with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable deployments
• Ensure production readiness through strong operational practices, including logging, monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident management
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients, communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Stay informed on emerging technologies, including AI models based on GPT architecture, and contribute to their understanding and application where relevant
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in React development
• 3+ years of experience with React, NodeJS, and public cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
• 3+ years of experience in web development with a strong focus on user interface, user experience, and design principles
• 3+ years of experience developing microservices and APIs using Java/python
• Solid hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid knowledge of enterprise security and production operations, including monitoring, logging, observability, alerting, and incident management
• Proven excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts effectively

Preferred Qualification:

• B.Tech, MCA, or M.Tech (or equivalent experience)
