We are seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant (Production Support) with 7-11 years of experience. The role involves providing L2/L3 support for Oracle HCM Cloud, including incident resolution, integrations (OIC, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, REST/SOAP APIs), Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, security, and quarterly releases. The consultant will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to resolve issues, support enhancements, and drive process improvements. Candidates should have hands-on experience across Oracle HCM modules, strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills, and experience working in an ITIL-based 16x7 support environment, including on-call and rotational weekend support. Experience with global implementations, payroll operations, ServiceNow, and compliance requirements is preferred.

Primary Responsibility:

• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience to develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and middleware
• Provide ongoing support for upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts

This position will begin with AI user persona and with new AI agent capabilities introduced in the latest Oracle HCM package, it has potential to grow to AI builder.
