Primary Responsibilities:

• Own end‑to‑end engineering delivery for the Enterprise Provider Preference Center (EPPC), including platform stability, scalability, and data integrity
• Lead architecture, development, and operations of EPPC services and integrations with Provider Data Platform (PDP), EPIM, Kafka, and downstream consumers
• Ensure predictable delivery of roadmap commitments, regulatory changes, vulnerability remediation, and data migrations
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership, reviewing designs, resolving complex issues, and driving engineering best practices
• Manage and develop the EPPC engineering team: hiring, performance management, coaching, and succession planning
• Represent EPPC engineering in enterprise governance, architecture, security, and stakeholder forums
• Own operational excellence: CI/CD, incident management, reliability, compliance, and audit readiness
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Graduation
• Java (Core and Advanced)
• Spring Boot and related frameworks
• Microservices design and implementation
• MongoDB (including schema design and optimization)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration patterns

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFormation)
• Python for scripting or automation
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka)
