Primary Responsibilities:

• Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
• Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
• Works well in cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
• Develop business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications
• Primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value
• Be able to fine tune application code to improve performance
• Support the team for application availability, reliability, and stability on a 7 by 24 by 365 basis
• Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
• Work with team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements
• Conduct code review to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards
• Work with business to prioritize production issue resolution
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree and/or equivalent experience
• 2+ experience in SAS
• 1+ years of experience in Python/Spark and Snowflake.
• 1+ years of Healthcare experience
• Demonstrated mastery in report design, data analysis, and data sources
• Proven solid SAS Programming skills with proficiency in SAS/Base, SAS/Macros and proc SQL
• Proven SQL skills to optimize code with huge datasets.
• Proven excellent communication skills including listening, writing, reading and speaking skills
• Proven detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
• Proven teambuilding and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in an environment of change and fluctuating priorities
• Demonstrated ability to analyze moderately complex data and make decisions and clearly articulate reasons for making a decision
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage positive working relationships with team members and managers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge in Azure Data factory, Azure Data bricks, Azure Cloud
• Knowledge in any of the front end technology
