Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Story Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Drive end-to-end delivery processes, including backlog management, sprint execution, release planning, and team delivery commitments
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams in complex Agile environments to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines
- Identify, track, manage, and resolve delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and team impediments
- Track key Agile delivery metrics and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and team performance
- Engage with technical and business stakeholders to communicate delivery progress, status, and strategic alignment
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate routine team management tasks, and drive continuous process efficiency
- Evaluate emerging technology trends and delivery practices to inform solution design and foster team innovation
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, project management, or Agile team environments
- 1+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Scrum Lead for software development teams
- Demonstrated experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery processes (backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, and release planning)
- Proven experience identifying, managing, and resolving risks, issues, and impediments across cross-functional teams
- Hands-on proficiency with Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Agilist, or other SAFe certifications.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - Experience in supporting cloud-based application delivery programs
- Experience coordinating DevOps, CI/CD, and release management activities
- Experience working with infrastructure, platform, cloud, or data engineering teams
- Experience driving Agile transformation initiatives and coaching multiple teams
- Experience managing vendor, client, and executive stakeholder relationships
- Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale
- Proven ability to create and manage Agile dashboards, reporting, and executive-level metrics
- Demonstrated success improving team velocity, reducing sprint spillover, and increasing delivery predictability
