We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with Salesforce Agentforce expertise to design, build, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade AI solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Operations platforms. The ideal candidate will possess solid Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLM, Agentic AI, and Salesforce ecosystem experience and will help drive next-generation AI-enabled business transformation.

The role will be responsible for building intelligent AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, predictive models, conversational AI applications, and AI-driven workflow automation leveraging Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Customer 360, Slack, and modern cloud AI platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

• AI & Agentforce Development
  • Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce AI Agents
  • Build autonomous and multi-agent workflows for enterprise business processes
  • Develop AI-powered customer service, sales, marketing, and operational solutions
  • Configure and optimize Agentforce reasoning and orchestration capabilities
  • Integrate AI agents with Salesforce Customer 360 applications
• Machine Learning & Data Science
  • Develop predictive and prescriptive ML models
  • Build classification, forecasting, recommendation, anomaly detection, and NLP models
  • Fine-tune and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Measure model accuracy, bias, explainability, and performance
• Generative AI Engineering
  • Develop enterprise GenAI applications using:
    • OpenAI
    • Azure OpenAI
    • Anthropic Claude
    • Gemini
    • Salesforce Einstein AI
  • Create:
    • RAG architectures
    • AI copilots
    • Conversational assistants
    • Knowledge search agents
    • Document intelligence solutions
