Senior Manager - Audience Insights

Requisition number: 2355426 Job category: Marketing and Advertising Primary location: Gurgaon, Haryana Date posted: 04/13/2026 Overtime status: Exempt Travel: No

Role Overview

The Audience Insights Manager is an India‑based, strategic support role for the US Optum business. The role enables US commercial, marketing, product, and account leadership with timely, accurate, and actionable insights across B2B journeys-spanning employers/plan sponsors, brokers/consultants, health plans, provider groups, and channel partners. Focus areas include performance monitoring, insight generation, governance, and executive‑ready reporting for US‑owned journeys. Ownership of client relationships, strategy, investments, and decisions resides with US leaders; this role provides the offshore insight engine and operating discipline that supports those decisions.

Key Responsibilities

·Performance Tracking & Insights: Monitor journey KPIs (e.g., satisfaction/NPS, adoption and utilization of Rx solutions, conversion across commercial funnels, retention/churn signals), analyze trends and drivers, and surface risks/opportunities early.

·Decision Support: Translate complex data into clear executive narratives-what is happening, why it matters, and options to consider-so US leaders can prioritize and act without re‑analysis.

·Prioritization & Forecasting: Provide insight‑backed inputs for initiative prioritization, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and budget visibility (without owning approvals).

·Governance & Operating Rhythm: Run the cadence (weekly monitoring, Monthly Performance Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews), ensure metric consistency, track dependencies and remediation actions.

·Executive Reporting: Own drafting of leadership‑ready artifacts (MPRs, QBRs, annual summaries, ad‑hoc deep dives) with accuracy, actionable insights, and clear recommendations.

·Stakeholder Enablement: Partner cross‑functionally with US Marketing, Sales/Account Management, Product, Analytics/Data, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and external agencies to deliver aligned outputs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • 13+ years of experience with 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing strategy, audience insights, customer analytics, or commercial operations within regulated industries
  • Healthcare/PBM, payer/insurance, or financial services experience strongly preferred; comfort with compliance and complex stakeholder environments
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret performance metrics (e.g., NPS/satisfaction, adoption/utilization, conversion, retention/churn, ROI) and translate into decisions
  • Proven cross functional partnership with US based stakeholders across Sales/Account Management, Product, Marketing, and Analytics/Data
  • Proven advanced analytical judgment and executive communication skills; capable of producing concise, leadership ready narratives and presentations

Core Skills & Capabilities

  • Analytical Judgment: Distill signal from noise; explain drivers and implications, not just trends
  • Executive Storytelling: Create clear decks and summaries that highlight insights, options, and trade offs
  • Stakeholder Management: Operate effectively across time zones; influence through clarity and credibility
  • Operational Discipline: Plan, track, and follow through with high accuracy and predictable cadence
  • Business Acumen: Understand B2B buying cycles, broker dynamics, value realization, and retention mechanics
