Primary Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Insights
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities
  • Perform exploratory, diagnostic, and root-cause analyses to answer key business questions
  • Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and measurable KPIs
  • Develop recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Identify data gaps and propose solutions to improve measurement and reporting capabilities
• Data Engineering & Snowflake Analytics
  • Develop complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze enterprise data
  • Work extensively with Snowflake data warehouse environments
  • Design scalable datasets and analytical models to support reporting and self-service analytics
  • Validate data accuracy and maintain data quality standards
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams on data architecture and optimization initiatives
• Business Intelligence & Power BI
  • Design and develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI
  • Create reusable semantic models, DAX measures, and interactive visualizations
  • Optimize report performance and usability
  • Support enterprise reporting needs through governed and scalable BI solutions
  • Ensure metric definitions and reporting logic are documented and consistently applied
• Advanced Analytics & Data Science
  • Apply statistical techniques to understand business performance and customer behavior
  • Support traditional machine learning initiatives
  • Utilize Python, or related tools for data exploration and model development
  • Conduct segmentation, clustering, forecasting, and trend analyses where applicable
  • Evaluate analytical approaches and recommend appropriate methodologies for business challenges
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with business, product, and operational teams to understand analytical requirements
  • Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Communicate complex analytical concepts in a simple and actionable manner
  • Influence decision-making through data-driven storytelling
• Builder Responsibility:
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field required; MS/PhD preferred or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in software/ML engineering, including 3+ years leading projects or teams
• Hands-on GenAI experience: LLMs, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning, evaluation; familiarity with Hugging Face and LangChain/LlamaIndex
• Solid foundation in statistics and ML (hypothesis testing, experimental design, feature engineering, supervised/unsupervised methods)
• Deep learning expertise (PyTorch or TensorFlow) and modern NLP (transformers)
• Expert Python and pandas stack; ability to write vectorized, high-performance code; solid testing practices (pytest) and Git
• Solid data engineering skills: SQL; experience with Spark/Dask and workflow orchestration (Airflow/Prefect)
• Cloud proficiency (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization/orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes); CI/CD and IaC (Terraform) exposure
• Proven excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
