Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models for production environments using supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, deep learning, and advanced NLP techniques
• Build and optimize generative AI solutions including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), transformer architectures, and agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain
• Deploy, fine-tune, and integrate LLMs from providers such as OpenAI, demonstrating expertise in prompt engineering, model customization, and optimization techniques
• Conduct comprehensive model testing, validation, and performance optimization using rigorous evaluation metrics to ensure production-grade quality and reliability
• Design and implement containerized AI/ML solutions using Docker and Kubernetes, establishing robust CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions for automated testing, validation, and deployment
• Leverage Azure and AWS services for AI/ML projects including Databricks, AKS/EKS, Azure Data Factory, Cognitive Services, and Logic Apps, managing system scaling and cloud migrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to preprocess, analyze, and interpret extensive datasets; translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions
• Identify and resolve code vulnerabilities, implement security best practices, and ensure compliance with AI/ML governance frameworks, ethics guidelines, and responsible AI practices
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of total software engineering and AI/ML experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI-based projects in production environments
• Demonstrated expertise in multiple machine learning approaches and techniques
• Proven success containerizing and deploying AI/ML projects at scale
• Track record of implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
