This strategic Marketing role is designed to drive sales growth, foster product innovation, and ensure competitive advantage for Cardiology PACS. It achieves this through a dual focus on expertly bringing products to market and effectively generating demand.

This role will interface with functional partners, customers, and Enterprise Imaging product and sales teams to launch product solutions for new and existing customers. Skills the role must leverage include strategic thinking, understanding clinical and business needs, quantitative analysis, collaboration, decision making, operational execution and marketing acumen.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Product Marketing Focus:
- The Product Marketing aspect of this role is pivotal in facilitating the journey of our products from concept to market success, driving demand and usage. The process of facilitating a product's journey to market. This includes deciding the product's positioning and messaging, launching the product, and ensuring salespeople and customers understand it. Key responsibilities include:
- GTM Plans Developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches, ensuring alignment with existing product portfolios. Interface with functional partners, customers, and product/sales teams to successfully launch new and existing product solutions
- Value Proposition & Messaging Development Craft differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with key stakeholders
- Content Creation & Sales Enablement Lead the creation of high-impact marketing assets-including presentations, white papers, case studies, videos, interactive product demos, and solution briefs-that showcase Optum Insight Enterprise Imaging's leadership to drive demand. Develop, deliver and train on robust sales enablement tools, such as competitive intelligence guides, FAQs, and pitch decks, to empower sales teams for effective client conversations. Drive the acceleration of product launches and ensure consistent, integrated messaging across all relevant channels

- Demand Generation (Integrated Marketing) Focus:
- The Demand Generation component is dedicated to driving demand and usage of our products through targeted promotional efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing market strategies and tactical plans that contribute directly to sales growth, combat competitive pressures and retain installed base
- Accelerate demand generation by planning and executing industry tradeshows/events, promotional programs and third-party campaigns across multiple media channels
- Designing and deploying Integrated Marketing campaigns that align all marketing channels and assets around a unified, primary brand message
- Leverage multi-channel communications (email, community webinars, customer events) to engage both end users and decision maker
- Optimize Digital Strategy (landing pages, web, social, always on) via metrics and customer-centric content that addresses the specific needs (institution type, modality and role)
- Define and amplify Optum Insight's innovation narrative through strategic content, public speaking engagements, and industry forums
- The Demand Generation component is dedicated to driving demand and usage of our products through targeted promotional efforts. Key responsibilities include:

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare/medical imaging in a regulated environment, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics, regulatory requirements, and business processes
- Solid expertise in utilizing marketing metrics to leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making
Preferred Qualifications:
- Innovative problem-solver with a keen understanding of value creation through product differentiation, portfolio bundling, and category-defining marketing strategies
- Self-directed and self-motivated with proven experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing deliverables, and meeting deadlines
- Exceptional strategic thinking to overcome obstacles and achieve project results, along with the ability to balance immediate business needs with long-term innovation goals
- Proven ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams, drive alignment, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within a matrixed organizations, aligning diverse teams, and driving results
- Master storyteller with the ability to craft compelling narratives, influence stakeholders, and build consensus

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
