Position Summary

The Product Analyst Quality Assurance and Delivery is responsible for ensuring the quality, readiness, and successful execution of product releases and operational delivery activities. This role serves as a central coordinator across business and technology teams, driving disciplined issue management, testing oversight, release readiness, and change control processes.

The position focuses on execution, quality assurance, and delivery governance by ensuring established processes are followed, risks are identified and escalated, and product changes are implemented with minimal disruption. The Product Analyst, Quality Assurance and Delivery, partners closely with stakeholders, development teams, and operational partners to support successful delivery outcomes.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance and Testing Oversight
  • Create and manage release testing artifacts, including test cases, test scripts, and execution tracking to support quality assurance objectives
  • Monitor and oversee testing activities to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established quality standards
  • Track testing progress, defect resolution, and readiness milestones
  • Review testing results and identify potential quality risks requiring remediation prior to release
  • Support continuous improvement of testing processes and quality controls
• Issue Management
  • Manage issues through the full lifecycle from intake, prioritization, tracking, resolution, validation, and closure
  • Maintain issue logs and provide regular reporting on status, trends, and risk areas
  • Coordinate with appropriate teams to drive timely issue resolution
  • Escalate unresolved issues and risks according to established governance processes
• Release Readiness and Delivery Coordination
  • Coordinate release readiness activities across business and technology teams
  • Verify completion of required testing, approvals, documentation, and operational readiness tasks
  • Support release implementation activities and post-release validation
  • Monitor release outcomes and facilitate resolution of post-deployment issues
• Configuration, Delivery & Operational Governance
  • Support configuration management, change control, and release governance processes, ensuring changes are documented, approved, traceable, and risks are mitigated
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery activities, manage dependencies, facilitate readiness reviews, and communicate risks, impacts, and status to stakeholders
  • Track delivery and quality metrics, support compliance and audit activities, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance delivery effectiveness and consistency

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance (QA), user acceptance testing (UAT), and product release approval processes
• 3+ years experience with SLDC tools such as aha, jira, confluence
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and release processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven solid written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in Agile practices, software quality assurance, or test automation are preferred
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Experience with testing, defect management, and release management tools
• Knowledge of change management and configuration management practices

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
