The Associate Director, Enterprise Risk & Operations Intelligence is a senior leader within Corporate Security responsible for developing and governing the enterprise‑level risk intelligence function that supports organizational awareness of threats to people, operations, and assets.
This role focuses on broad‑scale risk analysis, including activism and civil disruptions, regional risk conditions, and site‑level risk environments. The Associate Director establishes the intelligence requirements, analytic standards, frameworks, and processes that enable consistent, high‑quality intelligence across the enterprise.
The role ensures intelligence outputs are scalable, defensible, and aligned to enterprise decision‑making. This function integrates closely with Protective Intelligence by providing enterprise risk context that informs downstream analysis of how broader threats may affect executive and other employee populations.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Define standardized intelligence lifecycle processes, including collection requirements, analysis, validation, dissemination, and feedback loops
- Create and maintain enterprise intelligence standards, including product formats, confidence assessments, sourcing expectations, and analytic rigor requirements
- Implement quality assurance and review processes to ensure intelligence products are accurate, consistent, and decision‑relevant
- Lead strategic analysis and long‑term risk forecasting related to geopolitical shifts, regional instability, social movements, and civil disruptions
- Develop and maintain the enterprise risk intelligence governance model, defining decision rights, accountability, and oversight for intelligence production and dissemination
- Ensure delivery of scalable situational awareness, including geographic, regional, and asset‑based risk assessments
- Provide oversight of 24/7 global intelligence coverage, including rapid‑turn SITREPs (5Ws), intelligence updates, and executive‑level alerts during emerging events
- Develop and execute the enterprise intelligence maturity roadmap, identifying capability gaps and future‑state requirements
- Integrate enterprise risk intelligence outputs with Protective Intelligence, Crisis Management, Enterprise Security Operations, and other risk partners
- Brief senior leaders on enterprise risk trends, emerging threats, and strategic intelligence assessments

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, executive risk management, or related roles (private sector and/or public sector)
- Demonstrated experience operating at an enterprise governance and strategy level, beyond team or program management
- Experience with intelligence analysis tools, threat assessment methodologies, and protective security technologies
- Proven expertise with written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering intelligence products to senior leadership
- Proven ability to operate within highly matrixed, global organizations and build partnerships across functional areas
- Demonstrated leadership engagement, communication, and presentation skills, including personal briefings, PPTs and written summaries
- Proved analytical skills, able to synthesize complex information and present clear, actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
