We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant to join a high-end outpatient gastroenterology practice focused on exceptional patient care, professional growth, and sustainable work-life balance.


Positions are available in Dedham, Kenmore, Concord and more.


Position Highlights:

  • Excellent work-life balance with a predictable outpatient schedule
  • Flexible hybrid model: in-office clinical care with opportunities for remote work (telehealth, care coordination, chart review)
  • Weekly physician-led conferences focused on GI topics, case reviews, and evidence-based updates for continuous professional enrichment
  • Close, daily collaboration with GI physicians, fostering hands-on mentorship and ongoing skill development
  • Multidisciplinary collaboration with nutrition, colorectal surgery, behavioral health, hepatology, and radiology
  • No inpatient rounding, nights, or hospital call


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and manage outpatient GI patients (IBD, IBS, GERD, liver disease, screening, follow-ups)
  • Perform patient education, care planning, and longitudinal disease management
  • Collaborate closely with attending gastroenterologists on complex cases
  • Participate in weekly case conferences and quality improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate care across departments to deliver comprehensive GI services

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant degree program  
  • Currently or eligible for board certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)  
  • Active and unrestricted APC license in the State of Massachusetts   
  • Current active Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulations 
  • Current active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulations
  • Maintains BLS certification, professional certification as appropriate
  • 2+ years of experience in gastroenterology


Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
