Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with solid expertise in AWS and Amazon Connect, with a focus on digital channels, conversational AI, and GenAI-based solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing scalable cloud-based contact center solutions integrated with advanced AI/ML capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Amazon Connect solutions including chat and digital channels
  • Develop and optimize Amazon Connect contact flows, routing strategies, and integrations
  • Build and maintain conversational AI solutions using Amazon Lex and Bedrock-based agents
  • Develop backend services and integrations using AWS Lambda and API Gateway
  • Design and implement AI-driven customer and agent experiences using Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, and Agent Core
  • Work closely with architects and product teams to design scalable and secure AWS solutions
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability and performance of systems
  • Implement best practices for cloud security, monitoring, and cost optimization
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Solid hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (with focus on chat and digital channels)
  • Experience in designing Amazon Connect contact flows and routing logic
  • Experience in building conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex
  • Experience with AI/GenAI technologies including Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, AI Agents, Agent Core, and Strands Agents
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, scalability, and security principles
  • Solid proficiency with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and event-driven architecture
  • Proven solid troubleshooting and debugging skills in production environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant AWS certifications
  • AWS certifications (Developer, Solutions Architect, or equivalent)
  • Experience with Amazon Comprehend, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Transcribe
  • Experience with AWS Glue, Amazon S3, and Amazon CloudFront
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Exposure to multi-channel contact center solutions (chat, SMS, WhatsApp, email)
