Associate Technical Project Manager (Only for Pune Location)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with product managers to define and deliver on key business and product development strategies
• Coach and support scrum master's and team members in use of agile software development best practices
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, Report on jeopardies, concerns and items for discussion during weekly project status update meeting
• Plan and facilitate agile software development meetings, including sprint planning, kickoff, demo and retrospective
• Identify and manage project risks, communicate with stakeholders, develop and execute risk mitigation plans
• Leverage AI to improve communication, project organization, and project reporting
•  sprint performance data and produce/analyze sprint metrics
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Agile certifications such as SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master
• Experience project managing / leading custom software development efforts
• Experience motivating and leading multi-functional teams in the delivery of complex solutions
• Experience working with both onshore and offshore agile software development teams
• Experience and proficiency using project management software such as Rally or JIRA
• Understanding of infrastructure, network, and technology terminology and concepts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must be a "driver" with a result-driven mindset
