Medical Assistant Lead - Atrius Health

Primary Responsibilities:

• Be able to communicate efficiently with staff and providers
• Be able to organize daily schedule and coverage
• Be able to maintain a list of supplies to order
• Be able to train staff on Standard Work of Rooming and caring for patients

Required Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Completed a MA training program with 3+ years experience as a Medical Assistant
• Proven good organizational and communication skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
