Atrius Health is seeking a PGY2/PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident Physician to join our Primary Care Physician Pathways Program (a mentorship transition plan into Primary Care practice for post-residency).  


Position Highlights:

  • Grow exposure to the Quadruple Aim framework and various understandings of care settings (Affordability, Quality Outcomes, Patient Satisfaction, and Clinician Well-Being) 
  • Mentorship from experienced physicians within your future practice easing transition from training into practice 
  • The customized program will be completed at Atrius Health facilities and/or virtually with deep exposure to primary care and this practice environment that will require a commitment of only a few hours per month (1-3 hours)

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical School or School of Osteopathic Medicine   
  • Transitioning into final year of residency or fellowship, or early into final year -  PGY2 Resident Physician transitioning into PGY3 Resident Physician  


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Local physician resident in Massachusetts  
  • Candidates who plan to practice primary care in Massachusetts


Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $83,000 - $124,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
