Primary Responsibilities:

• Full Product Lifecycle Ownership

  • Accountable for research, proof of concepts, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software solutions

  Design and Development Excellence

  • Create modular, scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that deliver business value and superior user experience
• Quality and Standards
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and organizational quality benchmarks. Evaluate new tools and techniques to improve efficiency
• Leadership and Mentorship
  • Influence technology strategy, mentor junior engineers, and drive automation and innovation across teams.
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• Data Integration & Reporting: Experienced in creating automated ETL workflows with SSIS and providing business insights via SSRS
• Frontend & UI/UX: Versatile experience in modern frontend frameworks including Angular, Blazor, and other Javascript-based frameworks
• Full Stack Engineer (.NET, MS SQL, Microservices, Angular)
• Web Application Development: Expertise in building scalable applications using both legacy ASP.NET Framework and modern .NET 8+
• Distributed Systems: Skilled in developing high-performance background services and implementing asynchronous messaging using RabbitMQ
• Database Programming: SQL Server (2017+) development, including complex stored procedures, performance tuning, and schema design
• Background in applying AIML solutions and tools for productivity improvement
