Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning, AI, and Generative AI solutions to solve complex healthcare and provider business problems
  • Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights, predictions, and recommendations
  • Build and optimize predictive models, NLP solutions, and LLM-powered applications to improve platform intelligence and automation
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions
  • Develop data pipelines, perform feature engineering, and ensure data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance
  • Evaluate, monitor, and continuously improve model performance, accuracy, and scalability in production environments
  • Present insights and recommendations through dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support strategic decision-making
  • Mentor team members and contribute to innovation by identifying new AI/ML opportunities that drive measurable business outcomes for the ICP platform

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or AI/ML solution development
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), data engineering concepts, and big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop
  • Solid proficiency in Python, SQL, statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data modelling techniques with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications:
    • Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate / Azure Data Scientist Associate
    • Databricks Data Scientist Associate
    • AWS Machine Learning Specialty
    • GenAI/LLM-related certifications
  • Experience working with healthcare, provider, claims, or enterprise data domains
