Primary Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Tagging Support
    • Measurement strategy curation for new and existing digital products
    • Collaborate with development and tagging teams to implement, maintain, and optimize data capture for Adobe Analytics/CJA
    • Validate tagging accuracy through testing and ongoing quality checks and document data collection processes to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Data Analysis, Reporting and Insight Generation
    • Build, maintain, and enhance Adobe workspaces/dashboards and standardized reports in Adobe Analytics/CJA for various product lines; Analyze user behaviour and product usage to identify trends, user segments, and improvement opportunities
    • Present product-related insights leveraging Adobe Analytics/CJA to inform feature enhancements and design decisions
    • Automate recurring reporting processes to deliver timely insights to stakeholders
    • Map end-to-end customer journeys, identifying key drop-off points and optimization opportunities and work with cross years of hands-on experience in digital analytics or a closely related field
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Participate in regular data quality checks to ensure the integrity of Adobe Analytics/CJA data
    • Partner with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, product owners, and marketing teams) to understand data needs and daily/weekly requirements
    • Assist in translating business questions into analytical approaches and deliver data-driven recommendations
    • Communicate insights effectively for non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience analyzing multi-channel journeys from other sources like Qualtrics, Glassbox, marketing campaigns, or digital experiences
  • Familiarity with other analytics tools for survey, Audits and session recording like: Qualtrics, Observe point, Glassbox, Quantum metrics etc.
  • Proficient in Adobe Analytics and/or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation and issue resolution
  • Proven effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
  • Proven ability to implement journey improvements and measure results - strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience with data reporting/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and basic SQL
